“ Awesome night at Trophy Fish last week. Wanted somewhere to go after Gasparilla that was different and wouldnt be a long wait. Trophy Fish is all open air, so it gives you a sense that youre on the beach or somewhere tropical!! Walked in and the manager greeted us and explained how it works. Its cafe style, so you pick a seat and just order your food at the bar, they will bring it out to you! We ended up eating at the bar and god some cocktails which were great. They had stone crab special so we did a half pound of that. Super good and served up with some old bay dusted on top! They rotate specials and fresh catch of the day so make sure to check the chalkboard when you walk in! For entree we had the mahi sandwich and the grouper day boat. Which you get to choose 2 sides and the fish of the day. We also got the seafood chowder which was made to order and so delicious. It was a bit on the pricey side, it was 29. Cool thing is their sister cocktail bar concept Mandarin Heights is connected. So we walked over there and hand another cocktail before leaving. Super fun time!! ”
